Method to consign a project Please see this for details of consigning a translation project.
Delivery time The delivery time is requested by the client according to client's requirement. However, the translator can negotiate with the client about it before accepting the project. The final delivery time is agreed by both parties.
Delivery The translator uploads the completed work by the agreed timeline. Then the client will receive a notification to download the completed work.
Fees required other than purchase price (payment fee, consumption tax, etc.) consumption tax(8%)

Payment timing Within 3 days after designating the translator.
Price range The project fee is decided by the client according to the estimated word count by program. However, the translator can negotiate with the client about the price before accepting the project. The final price is agreed by both parties.
Handling of defective services The client can request for revision to the completed work within 3~5 days after delivery. However, no revision request can be made after the review period.
